With over 10 years of experience, Mr Ruhaan Jeelani is well known in the consumer section of the Education Sector. As a successful entrepreneur, he has extensive experience in establishing new businesses, revitalizing businesses, and managing high-growth categories.
Mr Ruhaan Jeelani specializes in managing profit and loss, budgeting, and executing business strategies along with retail and distribution. He is a team player and is well known for his ability to keep the team motivated at all times. With his remarkable contributions and partnerships, various companies have had the opportunity to reach new heights under his leadership. He founded Quintessence with the aim of providing resourceful guidance to students through technology-enabled personalized learning.
M Tehleel Shah
MEC (University of Edinburgh)
A Conscientious, hardworking teacher who has made an immense impact in Economics as a faculty. In just 6 years, Tehleel Shah has mentored more than 10 thousand students across the country and has singlehandedly created, developed, and implemented an inclusion module to integrate students into a rather peculiar domain of UPSC. He has implemented activities-based learning programs, which have successfully proven to increase student interest in regular lessons. He is well-versed in the fields of trading strategies and emerging markets, game theory, the economics of banking, and organizational skills. He also holds a master’s in Economics and a degree course in Game theory, economics of money, and banking from the University of Edinburgh.

A driven individual who promises to satisfy the educational needs and well-being of the students.
Momin Majeed

A double degree postgraduate (M. A. Geography & Political Science) with 5 years of experience in the field of innovative teaching. An incomparable capability of preparing daily lessons while keeping the interests and scope of students in mind. Possess a positive and effective teaching style which has been known to successfully enhance students’ performance. Has empowered more than 5k students with resourceful knowledge.
Fahad Shah
BA. LLB & PGD in International Law and Diplomacy.
Well-versed in History, Art & Culture, and International Relations, Fahad Shah has been teaching since 2018 in institutes like Quintessence Classes, Bureaucracy CSI J&K, Aspire Academy Delhi, and Chhattisgarh. With over 4 years of experience, Fahad Shah has excellent lesson impartation skills, and incredible mentoring experience to contribute to the educational development of students. He is a personable and energetic individual and also has exceptional abilities of teaching and lesson planning.
